Muralist, David Guinn writes about his latest project, his second mural under the bridge at Glenside Station to be completed with the aide of Arcadia students. Photos of the first mural on the other side of the bridge are on his Website.
He's painted more than 35 murals in the Philadelphia area. I saw the new one just last week. According to the Percy Street Project site, the neon bits he uses are low-energy flexineon LEDs.
