In After Effects, setting up passages of animated text with start and end points (in both time and space) can get tedious. Once set up, they can then be adjusted for pacing. Actions can start fast and slow down or gradually speed up.
There are TV commercials with animated text graphics bounding around like cartoons. That takes a whole lot of tinkering.
