The fourth Creating Fashion with Laurel episode, "Right-lapped Fly Zipper" premiered on PhillyCAM last Wednesday morning and is about to air again.
I'm really liking the color in this one. My color correcting skills improved when I realized the importance of getting the contrast right. Every monitor will show color a little differently, but if the contrast is correct, it works.
I've also been setting color limits to meet broadcast standards. It's something I learned from this LinkedIn learning course. One of the previous episodes aired with a random color smear happening, which I think must be what happens when color is set beyond the legal broadcast limits. That's fixed now.
Lately, I've been editing episode 5 (due to PhillyCAM at the end of the month) in which Laurel does a lot of pattern tracing. So much pattern tracing that we have an hour-and-a-half of it. She tells me what we really have are the next two episodes, which is good. That will put as ahead in the schedule.
