Ralph Bakshi created this series for TV prior to directing movies. I remember watching it as a kid in the 70's. This episode features some neat straw monsters.

This haunting opening credits sequence with it's catchy theme song is one of the highlights of Lain, a deep thinking anime series that questions the nature of the Internet.
