Sound proofing foam is pretty cheap. I bought two sets of six squares from Amazon.
Then I glued them to thick, sturdy foam core from my favorite art supply store, clumsily chopped them into panels with a mat knife and wrapped the jagged edges with duct tape.
But does it work? I'll get back to you on that.
