My latest video short, Big Mess at the Troc is complete and posted on the new Movies page of this site. It was well received at a recent impromptu viewing at The Plastic Club.
I'm halfway through another PhillyCAM class, Advanced Editing with Premiere Pro. The class inspired me to dig in and finish my tribute to Big Mess Cabaret and the closing of Philadelphia's Trocadero theater.
As I learn new things in class, I've been making little changes to my videos. The versions I just uploaded have the audio levels adjusted properly. Both the Big Mess and Rabbit movies should be a more pleasant experience in the headphones now.
A hazard of editing is that, while you're watching the same scenes over and over again, the music is embedding itself in your brain. Thankfully, my videos have included talented musicians. If you're going to have music stuck in your head, Dreaming Thomas and the Big Mess Orchestra are the way to go.
